Why am I qualified to teach and consult
Aside my over 17 years’ experience, I am also a business owner that is successfully running two companies by harnessing both my passion and skills to build enduring businesses that have been growing in the last seven years. My working experience spans both the banking industry where I was exposed to business structuring, advisory and loan management with majorly small and medium sized enterprises.
I am not just sharing theories but proven strategies that has seen my business despite the lack of financing at growing in leaps and bounds with enabling structures that has afforded me the opportunity to take time off from work.
I am also a mentor with the Cherie Blaire Foundation, UK. This is a foundation that was set up to assist emerging entrepreneurs’ access funds, develop business skills and make their companies sustainable especially in third world countries. I have certificate of accomplishments in “Grow to Greatness/Smart Growth for private Business” from Coursera, USA and the Coaching Academy in UK.
In my pursuit of empowering entrepreneurs, I have been able to facilitate mentoring programs for Lagos State Empowerment Trust Fund (LSETF), give business talks to social enterprise platforms where I talk about how to monetize passion, build skills for business growth and sustainability. I also wrote for City People Magazine on topics bordering on growing and sustaining new businesses in 2017.
I also love empowering women to make significant strides in launching, managing and growing their business using growth strategies in order to build both sustainable and financially stable entities.
My MBA in Human Resources Management has afforded me the opportunity to work on organizational development, managing complex business issues and people management hence my need to reach out to as many people that are desirous of making positive changes in their business so as to gain better clarity and direction.
In order to further reach out to more business, I decided to set up a consulting firm that will empower entrepreneurs to have more knowledge in their quest to build viable and sustainable entities starting from the ideation stage.
